Support for the realities of autoimmune disease

Autoimmune conditions affect more than your body. They shape your energy, mood, clarity, and sense of control.

Your counsellor understands the unpredictability of flare-ups, the exhaustion of inflammation, the brain fog, the frustration of invisible symptoms, and the emotional toll of not always being believed. You don’t have to carry that mental load alone.
