Ongoing mental health support, built for chronic illness

Chronic illness doesn’t come and go, and neither should your support. Clea is designed for long-term care, not one-off crisis moments. Here’s how support works, from your first session onward.

Support that’s simple, ongoing, and built for life with chronic illness

Your Clea journey

Living with chronic illness is rarely linear. Symptoms fluctuate. Life keeps moving. Most mental health support is built around short-term episodes. Clea is built around continuity - so support stays with you as things change,
1
Start with a free first session
After you sign up, our Care Team will be in touch within 24 hours to book your first free session.
2
Meet with your dedicated counsellor
The same counsellor trained in chronic illness, so you don’t have to repeat your story.
3
Fortnightly counsellor-led sessions
Support is regular and shaped around your health, with fortnightly sessions that fit your needs.
4
Support between sessions
Between sessions, Clea offers gentle check-ins and optional messaging for support during flare-ups.
5
Add therapy anytime
Clea is counsellor-led by default. Therapy can be added if and when deeper clinical support is helpful.
OPTIONAL add-on. Medicare or private health rebates may apply.

Support that doesn’t fall through the cracks

Behind the scenes, Clea includes a care coordination layer that helps ensure continuity over time. This means:
your support doesn’t disappear if circumstances change
counsellors are supported, not working in isolation
transitions feel steady rather than disruptive
Care coordinators do not provide therapy or medical care. Their role is to help keep support consistent.
