Memberships built around the level of support you need
Three tiers. Same nurse, same continuity, same clinical care. The difference is how much counselling you want alongside it - and how fast we respond when things change.
All tiers include a 7-day trial. No charge during the trial. Switch tiers or cancel anytime.

Support that adapts with you
Built for the ups and downs of chronic illness, including changes in symptoms, energy, and capacity over time.
Cancel anytime, switch tiers anytime, no friction
Switch memberships or cancel anytime as your support needs change.
Built for chronic illness
Designed to support the emotional impact of living with long-term health conditions including migraines, chronic pain, autoimmune conditions, and chronic fatigue syndrome.
Pick a tier. Try it for 7 days. Decide from there.
Can I switch tiers later? Yes, any time. Switch up or down based on what you actually need. Most members change tiers at least once in their first year as life changes.
What happens if I cancel during the trial? Nothing. You don't owe anything. You'll keep access to your nurse for the rest of the trial week, then your membership ends.
Can I pause my membership? Yes. You can pause for up to 8 weeks per year (illness, travel, hospital admission). Your nurse holds your spot.
Are there cheaper plans? Not currently. We've priced Connect at the lowest level that lets us offer a real nurse relationship, not a chatbot or a content library. If $49/fortnight isn't workable, talk to us - we may be able to point you to a more affordable option somewhere else.
Do you offer student or concession pricing? Not yet. We're working on it. If this matters for you, email us and we'll let you know when it launches.
Is the trial really free? Yes. No card needed to start. You provide payment details when you decide to continue after week one.
What if I'm unhappy with my counsellour? Rematch any time, no questions asked
