Support for the realities of life with chronic illness

Chronic illness can affect more than the body. For many people, it can influence energy, mood, clarity, confidence, and how life feels day to day.

Your counsellor understands the uncertainty that can remain after treatment, the need to pace yourself, and the emotional strain that can come from ongoing symptoms or feeling misunderstood. Clea offers support to help carry that mental load, so you don’t have to manage it alone.
