Fortnightly, counsellor-led mental health support for endometriosis and women’s chronic pain.

Chronic pain affects more than your body. It shapes your energy, mood, focus, confidence, and relationships.

Your counsellor understands flare-ups, pacing, medical fatigue, and the emotional weight of not being believed.

You don’t have to carry that mental load alone.

Most frequent questions
Do I need a doctor referral?
No. You can get started with Clea without a doctor referral. If you later choose to add therapy with a psychologist, rebates may apply depending on your eligibility.
How does counselor-matching work?
After you sign up, we’ll have a short intake call to understand your experience, symptoms, and preferences. We then match you with a counsellor trained in chronic illness and women’s chronic pain, so you’re supported by someone who truly understands.
Can I change my counselor if it’s not the right fit?
Yes. Feeling comfortable matters. If it’s not the right fit, we’ll rematch you with another counsellor - no awkward conversations, no pressure.
What conditions do you support?
Clea supports people living with endometriosis and women’s chronic pain, as well as other long-term conditions that affect daily life, energy, and emotional wellbeing. If you’re unsure, we’re happy to talk it through.
Can I pause or cancel my plan anytime?
Yes. Your subscription is flexible. You can pause or cancel anytime by contacting our team, just give us 48 hours’ notice so we can update your plan in time.
